1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products within the United Kingdom (UK) only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Delivery Time
UK delivery is typically within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
Delivery times may occasionally vary because of location, adverse weather, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Delivery Options and Charges
Free UK delivery is available on orders over £35. For orders below £35, available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, for example because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
